A new name and identity for St Christopher’s CARE podcast
The problem
Ever since St Christopher’s hospice was founded in 1967, it has been striving to open up conversations around dying. When the organisation decided to launch a humorous podcast to help people explore the tricky topics of death and grief in a more accessible way, they asked Creative Switch to create the name, branding, and promotional materials.
The solution
Working with producer Alex Kenning, comedian Sarjeela Kershi and St Christopher’s, we created a bold and intriguing identity that didn’t shy away from the topic at hand. We know that humour is often the best tool for talking about the things that challenge us, and this was reflected in the name we came up with: Dead Good. The resulting branding felt uplifting as well as contemplative and thought-provoking – the perfect fit for a forward-thinking organisation that has been pushing boundaries for more than 50 years.
